RPM-SXS Bleed Valve Kit (BOV) Can Am X3 2020-2023

$164.95

This kit takes about 20 minutes to install. All you have to do is change the primary charge tube for the new silicone unit, attach the new boost/vacuum nozzle, and attach your RPM blow-off valve. This kit locates your new valve behind the driver's compartment access panel so it is easily accessible right behind you. As you can see in the photos the valve is also protected from mud and debris in this location, unlike other cheaper kits!
There are plenty of Chinese BOV's being used in kits, the $5-$35 savings is not worth the headache these cheap BOV's cause! Our BOV is rebuildable, has a polished piston, and comes with a no questions asked warranty directly through us.

The purpose of a BOV is not just to sound good, but it is designed to release pressure that builds up on the charge side of the system. With nowhere to go, the pressure can cause turbulence in the impeller slowing down the turbo spool and causing premature wear. By installing a bleed valve, you can improve boost response, extend turbo life and, of course, get that great swoosh sound!
If you ever want to return to stock, the billet plug needed to go in place of the BOV to remove the BOV is included.
The X3 obviously has no provision for a blow-off valve or bypass valve in the stock turbo system so if you want to install a blow-off valve on the Can-Am X3, there is no place for it! However, with our silicone blow-off valve hose, that's solved! The kit is designed to connect to the compressor side of your turbo and the plastic charge pipe of the intercooler. This black silicone tube allows you to install our blow-off valve directly to it. Its smooth design helps eliminate any turbulence. For vacuum, we include a 2-piece billet port with machined O-ring that goes on the original X3 manifold and allows access to the perfect spot to reference an aftermarket pressure gauge or blow-off valve. If you want to properly reference the manifold boost/vacuum pressure, you need access behind the throttle blades. CanAm has kindly left a good place to plug an access and plumb bob into the plastic intake manifold after the throttle body and before the cylinder head. Fortunately there is a locking plug there, which is easily removed and this port fits nice and tight in place.

What is included:
Precision machined aluminum diverter valve RPM
Our BOV is a machined anodized aluminum unit. Our valves are machined to precision tolerances which allows for perfectly seated pistons that operate extremely smooth. This allows for the smoothest throttle response and worry-free BOV operation.
The RPM BOV is a must have item to replace your machines that uses a plastic BOV that is known to warp or a machine with no BOV at all!
Including:

Diverter valve
Billet plug

BOV Final filter
Pre-filter filter

CANAM X3 MANIFOLD PORT FOR PRESSURE GAUGE AND/OR BOV
The port nozzle is machined stainless steel so it will not break easily if struck as a protruding aluminum part might. A cnc machined aluminum bracket reuses the stock torx bolt. And a -10 O-ring seals the nipple, or you can reuse the stock O-ring if you wish.
